The Dolceacqua Di Maccario Dringenberg comes from six plots all in the municipality of San Biagio della Cima, in the localities of Berna, Nouvilla and Crairora, each with its own peculiarities.
The altitude is between 250 and 300 metres above sea level, while the age of the vineyards reaches 60 years.
It is the base of the company, but that does not mean that it does not better identify the magnificent territory of Dolceacqua. Steel vinification to make the final result as consistent as possible with the tradition of the territory.
To be served at no more than 15°C on cod, Ligurian rabbit and other white meat dishes enriched with aromatic herbs.
The 3 Senses
Light colour, vivid reflections, turgid and crunchy smell, agile and dynamic sip. The sense of smell remains delicate while expressing a complex floral-fruity-spicy weave; the mouth expresses integrity and acid pride, of great dynamism and salinity in closing.
